For example, within an initiative of “Transparent Erdenet”, the Company’s buy procedure has become open and more than four hundred open bids were announced in 2017. As a result, Company could save about MNT 23 billion from the purchase. For the first time in history, Erdenet Mining Corporation has contributed total of half-trillion MNT (578.5 billion MNT) to the local and state budgets, proving a good example of the monitoring of public-private partnerships.
